How to Apply For Konkan Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2023
Candidates are required to have the following particulars ready when filling out the application form:
- Active email ID and Mobile Number.
- Enrollment/Verified Registered details of NATS portal. The candidate must have graduated in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023.
- Fill in the application only through the link provided on the official website of KRCL at https://konkanrailway.com/ under Quick Links → Graduate Apprentice/Technician Apprentice for training in KRCL.
- Read all the information and instructions detailed in the notification thoroughly before starting to fill out the application to avoid mistakes.
- Ensure that all eligibility conditions prescribed for the training are met as of the closing date for submitting the application.
- Register the candidature to generate a registration number, which will be sent to the candidate through the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Once registered, fill in all necessary information and submit the application form.
- Enter name, father’s name, and date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/SSC/High school examination certificate or an equivalent certificate ONLY.
- In case of a name change, indicate the changed name in the application, with other details matching the Matriculation or equivalent certificate. Provide the date of the change or the application for such change, which should be prior to the application submission date. Submit the Gazette Notification or any other legal document applicable for such cases during the Document Verification (DV).
- Have a personal email ID and keep it active throughout the enrollment for training, as KRCL will communicate only through email until the process is completed. KRCL will not entertain requests for changing mobile numbers and email addresses at any stage.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for DV and must produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of DV.
- Note and preserve the Registration Number for further stages of the enrollment process and correspondence with KRCL.
- No daily allowance, conveyance allowance, or traveling allowance will be paid to candidates called for document verification.
- The selection of candidates for training may be canceled if they fail to produce the required original testimonials for verification or if any discrepancy is noticed at any stage.
- If the KRCL administration identifies that a candidate has furnished wrong/fake certificates or false certificates, they reserve the right to terminate the training contract entered into with the candidate under the NATS scheme.
- Candidates are advised to apply for a training slot based on the latest educational qualification updated on the NATS portal. Applications erroneously submitted for the wrong slot will be rejected during the document verification stage.
